There's really no better way to meet your neighbors than to have one of them knocking on your door at 7:30 in the morning with your dog who was cruising around the block at his leisure!

Yes, and my favorite part about this situation is when I reached for his collar to bring him in, he pulled back as if he didn't even know me! It was as though my neighor and he were visiting me. Such a spoiled rotten brat!
